About the role#
This is a full-time internship within the Global Operations group. You will gain hands-on experience by working on projects that support logistics and business process improvements. This position is on-site in Greensboro, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure logistics alignment across the enterprise.
- Create and publish documentation for process and control purposes.
- Analyze data to monitor the performance of tools and processes.
- Collaborate with Global Planning, Logistics, and Procurement teams to refine existing business processes.
- Provide support for end-user training and testing during business process management cycles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Strong technical writing skills, specifically for process mapping and training materials.
- A practical understanding of how label content affects the supply chain.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.
