About the role#
PYA is hiring Tax Interns for the Winter 2028 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Atlanta, Georgia, or Brentwood and Knoxville, Tennessee. You will work 40 hours per week from January through April 2028.
What you'll do#
- Prepare income tax returns for individuals, C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, and partnerships.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll tax returns, 1099 forms, and personal property tax returns.
- Support tax planning efforts for our clients.
- Provide bookkeeping services.
- Compile and review financial statements and management reports for clients.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor degree in accounting or a related field.
- You have the ability to apply your technical skills across various assignments.
- You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- You are open to feedback and focused on personal development.
Location & details#
This internship is located in Atlanta, GA, Brentwood, TN, or Knoxville, TN. The role requires on-site attendance and does not offer visa sponsorship.
