About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will work with our tax consulting teams to gain experience in global tax practices. You will support the delivery of tax advice and planning strategies while learning our methodologies. This role involves participating in projects, performing daily tasks to support team success, and developing your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Support tax teams in delivering tax advice and planning strategies.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
- Analyze tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
- Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
- Use data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
- Conduct tax research and collaborate on tax models and structures.
- Contribute to the preparation of tax provisions and audits.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- Eligibility to meet educational requirements for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
- Standing as a third-year student in a four-year program or fourth-year student in a five-year program.
