About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will gain exposure to tax consulting by supporting teams in delivering tax services. You will participate in projects, observe professional work environments, and contribute to team success through various tasks. This role focuses on learning tax methodologies and developing your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
- Participate in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
- Assist in the analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
- Conduct tax research to support consulting projects and provide solutions.
- Apply data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- You must meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time.
- Typically, you are in your third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program.
