About the role#
As a Tax Intern, you will work with our tax consulting teams to gain experience in global tax practices. You will support the delivery of tax advice and planning strategies for businesses. This role focuses on learning our methodologies, participating in projects, and performing tasks that contribute to client success. You will have the opportunity to observe professional work environments while developing your skills.
What you'll do#
- Support tax teams in delivering advice and planning strategies.
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
- Analyze tax regulations to help optimize tax positions.
- Engage in international tax planning and multistate compliance activities.
- Conduct tax research to support consulting projects.
- Collaborate with team members to build tax models and structures.
- Contribute to the preparation of tax provisions and audits.
- Use data analytics to identify tax optimization opportunities.
- Support the development of regulatory compliance consulting strategies.
- Learn from experienced tax professionals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- Must meet educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
- Typically in the third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.

- Compensation: $29.25 - $48.00 per hour.
