About the role#
As a summer intern with the Strategy& Value Creation team, you will join a professional services group focused on M&A and corporate strategy. This role provides hands-on experience in the deal lifecycle, where you will support clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational transformations. You will work within a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams to solve complex business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Develop core consulting skills by working on growth and turnaround strategies.
- Assist in the execution of fully integrated due diligence processes.
- Create and review financial models to support client decision-making.
- Perform organizational design and data analytics tasks to drive operational insights.
- Support the creation and capture of value throughout the M&A process.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program, with preference for third-year students in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Data and analytics literacy, including AI fluency for synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly through strong written and verbal communication.
- Legal entitlement to work for PwC in Canada.
