About the role#
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Private Equity Senior Associate Intern, you will support clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions. You will work within the Advisory practice to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services. This role focuses on gaining exposure to deal strategy, developing your professional brand, and contributing to team projects.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in conducting financial due diligence and financial statement analysis.
- Evaluate business plans and perform competitive analysis.
- Assist in the development of acquisition strategies and deal structures.
- Engage in scenario analysis and track industry trends.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial models.
- Collaborate on post-merger integration initiatives.
- Observe experienced professionals to gain insights into corporate development and M&A strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Must be one year away from graduation from your MBA program.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis.
- Experience with acquisition strategy, post-merger integration, and business plan evaluation.
- Ability to use AI to create efficiencies and improve workflows.
