About the role#
As a Senior Associate Intern in the Advisory practice, you will work with teams to improve client strategies in sales, service, and marketing. This role focuses on learning PwC methodologies while contributing to projects that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will observe experienced professionals and participate in tasks that support the delivery of client solutions.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in delivering client-focused solutions across sales, service, and marketing.
- Participate in customer journey analysis to improve experience strategies.
- Assist in developing customer-centric strategies to build loyalty.
- Engage in customer data management to refine service design and performance.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify new opportunities for customer relations.
- Collaborate with team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Apply analytical thinking to help solve complex project problems.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain exposure to firm practices.
- Contribute to the creation of customer experience designs through teamwork.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree.
- You have at least 3 years of work experience.
- You are one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.
