About the role#
This is a 4-month co-op position within the International Tax Services practice starting in January 2027. You will work with a diverse team to help Canadian and foreign companies manage their cross-border operations, investments, and tax obligations. This role provides exposure to complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing, while allowing you to gain hands-on experience during the busy season.
What you'll do#
- Assist Canadian and foreign companies with cross-border investments and operations.
- Navigate complex tax matters to optimize tax positions for clients.
- Deliver strategic insights regarding cross-border transactions and tax treaties.
- Use digital tools and AI technologies for tax research and analysis.
- Build professional relationships within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage projects effectively.
- Interest in technology trends and upskilling for a digital work environment.

- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).

- Compensation: This is a paid position with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000.
