About the role#
As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate Intern, you will support teams within our Advisory practice. You will assist with deal value creation, integration planning, and separation activities. This role involves observing how professionals approach client work while developing your skills through research and project support.
What you'll do#
- Support post-merger integration and value realization across separation and divestiture initiatives.
- Conduct research to inform carve-out planning, operational separation, and transition activities.
- Assist with analyses of process changes, workstreams, and integration dependencies.
- Prepare presentation materials, status updates, and tracking documents for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Organize workstream data, meeting notes, and action items to maintain project momentum.
- Use digital tools and AI-enabled resources to summarize information, identify patterns, and draft work products.
- Participate in team meetings and learn from experienced professionals.
- Apply teamwork, active listening, and intellectual curiosity to contribute to project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- You must be one year away from graduation of your MBA program at the time of application.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Rosemont, Illinois.
- This position is on-site.
