About the role#
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will join our Advisory practice to support teams delivering strategic financial advice. This role focuses on learning and gaining exposure to corporate finance activities, including capital structure optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and value creation. You will assist with research, financial modeling, and client-related tasks while working alongside experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions through research and analysis.
- Participate in the development of acquisition strategies and financial modeling to optimize capital structure.
- Assist in the preparation of business valuations and discounted cash flow analyses.
- Use data rooms to securely store and share confidential information during due diligence processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Typically in your 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or the 4th year of a 5-year program.
- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Preferred major GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.

- Term: Summer 2027.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
