About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice to gain hands-on experience with financial statement audits. You will work alongside experienced auditors to observe professional practices and contribute to client support. This role focuses on building your understanding of financial reporting, audit methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to help uphold transparency and compliance.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Document audit processes and findings to maintain accurate records.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- You maintain at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- You are typically in the third year of a four-year degree program or the fourth year of a five-year program.
- You must meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam before a potential full-time start date.
