About the role#
As an Audit Intern at PwC, you will join our Assurance practice for the Winter 2028 term. This on-site role in Stamford provides hands-on experience with financial statement audits. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help our clients maintain transparency and meet regulatory requirements while building your foundational knowledge of audit practices.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance.
- Analyze financial data to spot trends and support decision-making.
- Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in your daily tasks.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
- Document audit processes and findings to keep records organized.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- You must be in your third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- You must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.

- The position is on-site and full-time.
- Travel requirements may reach up to 20%.
