About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice to gain hands-on experience with financial statement audits. You will work alongside our teams to help clients maintain transparency and meet regulatory requirements. This role provides an opportunity to observe professional audit methodologies and build your technical accounting knowledge.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Document audit processes and findings to keep records consistent.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
- Typically, you are in your third year of a four-year degree program or your fourth year of a five-year program.
