About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice to support financial statement audits. You will work alongside experienced teams to help clients maintain transparency and meet regulatory requirements. This role provides a practical look at financial reporting and the audit process while you build your professional foundation.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Document audit processes and findings to keep records consistent.
- Apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards to your tasks.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
- Use data analysis skills to assist the audit process.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- You hold at least a 3.0 overall GPA.
- You are typically in your third year of a four-year degree or your fourth year of a five-year program.
- You must meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam before starting a full-time role.
