About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice for the Summer 2027 term. This role offers exposure to financial statement audits and provides a chance to observe how teams deliver independent assessments to clients. You will work on-site in Nashville, gaining a foundational understanding of audit methodologies and professional client interactions.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Document audit processes and findings to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor financial trends and assess risk factors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- An overall GPA of at least 3.0.
- Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam by the time you start full-time employment.
- Status as a student in the third year of a four-year program or the fourth year of a five-year program.
