About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will join our Assurance practice to gain hands-on experience with financial statement audits. You will work alongside experienced auditors to support client engagements, observe professional workflows, and contribute to the accuracy of financial reporting. This role is designed to help you build a foundation in audit practices while applying your academic knowledge in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Support audit teams during financial statement audits.
- Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest areas for improvement.
- Apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) to daily tasks.
- Document audit findings and processes to maintain accurate records.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
- Progress toward meeting the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam before starting full-time employment.
- Standing as a third-year student in a four-year program or a fourth-year student in a five-year program.

- Compensation: $29.25 to $48.00 per hour, based on skills and qualifications.
