About the role#
This internship is part of the Project Engineer Career Development program at Pullman. You will work on construction projects in the Kansas City area. The role focuses on in-field learning and practical experience in project management.
What you'll do#
- Track production rates and project schedules.
- Assist with estimating and budget preparation.
- Monitor project costs.
- Manage safety protocols and quality control.
- Support business development and handle client relations.
- Manage field resources.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or Construction Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and documentation skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel between the office and various jobsites.
Location & details#
- Location: Kansas City, Missouri.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position. You will spend approximately 50% of your time at project sites.
