About the role#
Prophet is a consulting firm focused on identifying growth opportunities. Our 8-week Summer Associate Program provides hands-on experience across the firm. You will work alongside colleagues from various disciplines to address client business challenges. This role involves research, analysis, strategy, and storytelling to drive top-line growth. You will take on meaningful responsibility, work with leaders, and build skills for your career.
What you'll do#
- Understand the business and the customer by using primary and secondary research to uncover insights.
- Blend creative and analytical thinking to identify what moves a client's numbers.
- Synthesize data, interviews, and market scans to form a point of view and drive to actionable conclusions.
- Analyze data, shape hypotheses, and turn research into persuasive presentations and frameworks.
- Collaborate on complex challenges including growth, brand, and transformation.
- Use the full consulting toolkit, including AI, to innovate and amplify your output.
- Take ownership of project work, flag risks, and hold yourself accountable for quality and deadlines.
- Contribute to firm growth and culture through proposals, office initiatives, and firm-wide programming.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status earning a BA or BS degree with demonstrated academic performance.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Comfort working with AI tools for research and synthesis, along with a curiosity to explore new tools.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Business acumen and a passion for understanding how companies grow and transform.
- An unrelenting commitment to find answers and test new approaches.
- Ability to adapt and work comfortably with ambiguity.
