About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site to support warehouse automation, build digital tools, and manage continuous improvement projects. Interns engage with senior leadership and collaborate on supply chain systems across warehouses and customer teams.
What you'll do#
- Identify, analyze, and remove inefficiencies and losses in the supply chain.
- Integrate systems to help customer teams deliver business results for physical and online retail.
- Improve layer picking systems at mixing centers by implementing base condition refinement.
- Create a dashboard to track touches and steps to boost mixing center efficiency.
- Build data visualizations for truck flow, capacity planning, and other business solutions.
- Track the status of active initiatives and support corporate citizenship priorities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other engineering fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to business processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Locations: Jackson, Mississippi; Fayetteville, Arkansas; Moreno Valley, California.
- Schedule: Full-time.
