About the role#
This internship offers the chance to work on multi-billion-dollar brands. You will take on real responsibilities and contribute to high-impact projects. This position is a full-time, paid opportunity for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans that serve shoppers and the business.
- Use data-driven insights to influence product assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
- Own projects and deliver measurable results alongside cross-functional teams like Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Gain exposure to key business decisions, customer negotiations, and long-term sales strategies.
What you'll need#
- You are a student graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications, or Psychology.
- You have demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- You possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- You have solid business and financial acumen.
- You are willing to be geographically mobile, both during and after the internship.

- The internship is on-site and full-time.
- Locations include Cincinnati, OH; Chicago, IL; Cumberland, MD; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Fayetteville, NC; Virginia Beach, VA; Boston, MA; and Minneapolis, MN.
