About the role#
Procter & Gamble is looking for interns to join our IT team. You will work on technology-driven projects and products that impact our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement digital solutions. This internship provides exposure to project management and product development principles in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Lead digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap development.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and market insights to improve digital products.
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate vendor and supplier activities while managing project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program. Relevant fields include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Availability for a 12-week internship during the summer of 2027, from mid-May through early August.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
