About the role#
This is a full-time, six-month internship running from September 2026 through February 2026. You will join our Strategy & Analytics team to help measure the impact of our client work. This role requires a 40-hour workweek commitment.
What you'll do#
- Support analytics and reporting across social media, PR, digital, and integrated client accounts.
- Gather, organize, and perform quality assurance on data from social platforms and other digital sources.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and patterns.
- Help turn data into clear takeaways, charts, and visualizations for client reports.
- Support competitive analyses and audience research projects.
- Explore AI and LLM tools to improve research and analytics workflows.
What you'll need#
- Curiosity about data and a strong desire to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Interest in experimenting with AI and LLM tools.
- Clear communication skills.
- Relevant academic background in fields like Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or Journalism.
Location & details#
- Locations: Chicago, Illinois or New York, New York.
- Modality: This is a hybrid role. Interns are expected to work from the office approximately once per week and attend in-person client events or team needs as required.
- Compensation: This position is paid at $19 per hour and is eligible for overtime.
