About the role#
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. You will work directly under digital marketing strategists to support client work and gain experience with real accounts. This is a paid, full-time internship with a duration of at least 6 months. You have the flexibility to work remotely or, if you are based in Colombia, you may choose to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity at our Medellin office.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for clients.
- Navigate and work directly within various advertising platforms.
- Create campaigns, launch new tests, and optimize ads.
- Pull, analyze, and report on data to determine next steps.
- Conduct new business research and prepare recommendations.
- Maintain organizational resources, including internal trackers, sheets, and project boards.
- Collaborate with team members across the agency.
- Attend regular training sessions and cross-channel learning opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset and a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks effectively.
- A balance of independence and a willingness to ask questions.
- A genuine interest in learning about digital marketing.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Influencer Marketing, Design, Social Communication, Audiovisual Production, or related fields.
Location & details#
- Modality: Remote (or optional hybrid in Medellin, Colombia).
- Commitment: Full-time (40 to 42 hours per week).
