About the role#
As a Business Administration Intern, you will manage the accuracy of client contracts and internal documentation. Each client contract at Power Digital is supported by a Blueprint that outlines terms and revenue schedules. Your primary responsibility is to review these Blueprints against signed contracts and team data to ensure details like start dates, deal values, and service allocations match perfectly. You will work independently to verify information and coordinate with sales and account teams to resolve discrepancies.
What you'll do#
- Review deployed Blueprints to confirm key details and update them as needed.
- Follow up with team members to resolve questions regarding contract information.
- Flag recurring issues and identify repeat errors for department leadership.
- Analyze trends in Blueprint errors to propose solutions that reduce future mistakes.
- Use AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
- Work within the company's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your tasks.
- Stay organized while managing multiple inquiries that may require follow-up over time.
What you'll need#
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2-C2 levels).
- Comfort communicating with senior team members via Slack, phone, video calls, or in-person.
- Strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- A thorough approach that ensures all contract details are verified.
- An inquisitive mindset to observe trends, spot misalignments, and find root causes.
- Ability to work accurately and independently to develop and complete action plans.
