About the role#
The College Co-Op for EDH Project Management supports the project team in planning, monitoring, and administering projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Houston, Texas. We offer a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Support project activities from initiation through project closeout.
- Create purchase order requisitions and monitor buyout materials.
- Assist project managers with accounts receivable and invoice generation.
- Monitor business control systems to track scheduling and financial variance.
- Prepare reports, including budget status and forecast updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and disseminate project information.
- Help maintain project schedules and assist with document management.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma is required.
- An associate or bachelor degree in business administration or engineering is preferred.
- At least five years of experience as a project team member or in a related role.
- A working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Adobe Pro, Primavera, Microsoft Projects, or Oracle is preferred.
