About the role#
As a Sector Analyst intern, you will join the Market Intelligence team to support our proprietary research efforts. You will work alongside data scientists, engineers, and investment professionals to uncover insights about companies, industries, and the economy. This 10-week summer program provides exposure to how data research informs investment decisions and allows you to build subject-matter expertise within a specific sector.
What you'll do#
- Provide industry context and business fundamentals to data scientists and engineers.
- Support the delivery of synthesized insights to investment professionals.
- Develop expertise on an assigned sector, focusing on key themes and performance indicators.
- Compose research reports and synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative information.
- Collaborate with proprietary research teams to extract value from data assets.
- Participate in intern programming, mentorship, and networking sessions with senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Academic success in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Strong analytical skills and business intuition.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, and professional maturity.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.

- This is a full-time, paid, 10-week internship for Summer 2027.
