About the role#
We are looking for students to join our team as quantitative researcher interns for the summer of 2027. You will work within the KEPL team, which specializes in medium-frequency statistical arbitrage strategies. This program offers a chance to gain experience in a collaborative environment while working on projects that have real-world impact. We consider interns for full-time offers upon completion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Receive rigorous and comprehensive training.
- Develop strong research skills.
- Work closely with full-time researchers on brand new quantitative trading models.
What you'll need#
- PhD candidate in mathematics, physics, statistics, electrical engineering, computer science, or other quantitative fields.
- Strong knowledge of computational math, probability, and statistics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong programming skills in Python or C/C++.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a start-up environment.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
