About the role#
As a Student Finance Coordinator, you will lead the campus financial services team. You will coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team follows Title IV and state regulations. This role involves working closely with Admissions, Student Services, and Academic Program Directors to support students throughout their education.
What you'll do#
- Train, mentor, and coach campus student finance staff.
- Monitor financial services performance metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve student financing questions.
- Ensure team compliance with Title IV and state regulations.
- Coordinate and assist with internal audits and regulatory reviews.
What you'll need#
- Associate’s degree in Business, Administration, Liberal Arts, or Social Sciences.
- 2 to 5 years of experience administering Title IV federal financial aid programs.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Active access to Department of Education databases.
- Strong computer proficiency and multi-tasking skills.

- Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado.
- Status: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $64,490 to $80,610 per year.
