About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our team in Saint John for the Fall 2026 term. This contract position provides hands-on administrative experience within our accounting and invoicing department. You will assist with daily financial tasks and support our team through the end of December 2026.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and send customer invoices.
- Enter and update information in company systems.
- Review invoices for accuracy.
- Process customer payments and upload invoices to customer portals.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files.
- Answer basic invoice questions from customers and team members.
- Assist with reporting, record keeping, and month-end administrative activities.
- Work with the team to resolve invoice discrepancies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or community college program, ideally in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working with numbers and data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is an asset.

- This role is based on-site in Saint John, New Brunswick.
- The position is paid.
- This is a full-time contract role for the Fall 2026 term.
