About the role#
Pepper Construction is looking for a Marketing Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role offers exposure to how marketing supports construction projects from initial pursuit to final completion. You will work with a collaborative team and interact with senior management to learn how a creative role functions within a corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Design print and digital marketing collateral.
- Visit jobsites and events to capture photo and video content for social media.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and internal communications.
- Update our project management database.
- Support daily marketing tasks and operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be a college student entering your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong skills in graphic design, writing, and proofreading with a focus on brand standards.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team on deadline-driven projects.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation for travel to work-related activities.
