About the role#
Pepper Construction Group is looking for students to join our team as a Construction Management Intern for Summer 2027. You will work directly with a Project Manager or Superintendent on a commercial construction team. This role provides exposure to both field and office environments in the Indianapolis area.
What you'll do#
- Process submittals and perform take-offs.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Attend job site and owner meetings.
- Participate in safety training and jobsite tours.
What you'll need#
- Current college student entering your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year.
- Enrollment in a Construction Management or similar degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and a quick aptitude for learning new technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation for work-related activities.
- A genuine interest in working on an active construction site.
