About the role#
Pepper Construction Group is hiring a Construction Intern for Summer 2027 in Milwaukee. You will join our Wisconsin team to gain experience as a General Contractor. We pair you with a Project Manager or Superintendent to work on active construction projects. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field to see how our projects come together.
What you'll do#
- Process submittals and perform take-offs.
- Prepare budgets.
- Attend meetings with job site teams and owners.
- Participate in company training sessions.
- Join jobsite tours and safety training programs.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college student entering your Junior or Senior year in Construction Management or a related field.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence to work independently alongside a desire to collaborate with your team.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Reliable daily transportation for work-related assignments.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The program runs for 12 weeks from Memorial Day to mid-August.
- We do not offer housing or work visa sponsorship.
