PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc. is seeking an Engineering Student to join the Canadian Buildings Division in Kelowna, British Columbia. This full-time, paid position offers the opportunity to support infrastructure projects under the direct supervision of a Project Manager. The role is available for a term starting in September 2026 for a duration of 4 to 12 months.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate work for specific scopes and trades.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Conduct deficiency walks and maintain deficiency logs.
- Perform quantity takeoffs.
- Coordinate sub-trade work.
- Create and update project schedules using Suretrak software, including gathering information from sub-trades.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
- A strong desire to work in a construction environment.
- Proficiency with computer software, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting programs.
- Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.

- Compensation: $21.73–$26.65 per hour, determined based on completed school terms, relevant work terms, and location.
