About the role#
PCL Construction is seeking Accounting Students for the Toronto District within the Canadian Buildings Division. This is a full-time, paid position for the Fall 2026 term, with availability required for 4 or 8 months starting in September 2026. This role is based on-site in Oakville, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Enter invoices and perform bank and Visa reconciliations into the accounting system.
- Support courier and phone costing activities.
- Run and update various reports.
- Reconcile supplier statements and prepare accounts receivable reports.
- Assist with weekly cheque printing, client progress billings, and subcontract administration.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Accounting or Finance program.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and enter invoices.
- Experience with running and updating reports.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and supplier statements.
