About the role#
PBS Systems is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Intern for a 3-month contract based in Calgary. You will join the Client Services team to support the Install Services group. In this role, you provide solutions to clients contacting our call center, document issues, and assist with software implementations.
What you'll do#
- Manage incoming issues and requests through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Log and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system and escalate matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Develop a working knowledge of our software and supporting infrastructure.
- Achieve department-specific certifications and meet defined KPI targets.
- Review release notes to stay current on software enhancements.
- Commit to personal development and cross-training as recommended by your team lead.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma is required; a relevant certification or post-secondary diploma is in progress.
- Strong understanding of Windows 7, 8, 10, and Windows 2008/2012 Servers.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, software, and Microsoft products.
- Experience with networks, including TCP/IP and basic LAN/WAN.
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset.

- Location: Calgary Tech Centre, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: 3-month contract.
- Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour.
