About the role#
As an IT Intern, you will support the maintenance, implementation, and security of our information systems. You will work with our engineering team to keep our systems efficient and scalable. This is a paid, full-time internship starting in Fall 2026. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position after the internship ends.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of information systems, including user and device provisioning.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, including the analysis of security-relevant events and alerts.
- Maintain and configure network equipment.
- Participate in the review and development of security policies, standards, and internal documentation.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Document system processes, security controls, and hardware or software asset records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking protocols, and databases.
- Ability to work with highly technical users.
- Understanding of cloud technologies.
- Experience with scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
