About the role#
Overview AI is looking for 3 to 4 interns to support a new product launch and a month of steady releases. You will learn to operate our AI camera systems to build inspection applications, film the process, and produce content for our social channels. This role focuses on turning technical product developments into audience-driven content. The internship lasts 6 weeks, with an opportunity for high-performing interns to move into a full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Master our AI camera technology to set up inspection applications independently.
- Source parts, build inspection recipes, and film 1 to 2 videos daily on unique use cases.
- Use AI tools to transform long-form footage into short-form clips.
- Own a social media channel end to end, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, or Discord.
- Contribute content to LinkedIn and manage the community on your assigned channel.
- Stand up and moderate the company Discord server.
- Maintain a consistent content schedule through the release month.
- Track reach, engagement, and leads to identify high-performing content for paid amplification.
What you'll need#
- A portfolio, reel, or examples of projects you have built.
- Experience filming and editing video content yourself.
- A proven track record of starting and growing an account, community, or side project.
- Ability to create multiple variations from a single concept.
- A data-driven approach to content, using metrics to adjust your strategy.
- Familiarity with AI content tools in your workflow.
- Comfort appearing on camera and performing voiceovers.
- Experience with paid social spend to boost organic content.
- A technical interest in how hardware and engineering systems function.
Location & details#
- This role is based at our Embarcadero office in California.
- You may work remotely up to one day per week for editing tasks.
- Compensation is $27 to $34 per hour.
- Majors in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies are preferred.
