About the role#
The Coordinator, Student Programs supports the Director and Manager of Student Programs and Legal Recruitment. This role focuses on executing day-to-day operations, maintaining program data, and ensuring the delivery of student-related projects, recruitment, and employment relations.
What you'll do#
- Execute student program operations, including tracking deliverables and identifying operational improvements.
- Manage end-to-end employment relation processes for students, such as onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and performance management.
- Administrate student rotation planning.
- Support student recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate information.
- Maintain and update templates, precedents, protocols, and checklists.
What you'll need#
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- At least one year of coordination experience in a professional services environment.
- Completion of CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset.
- Client service orientation with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, viDesktop, UKG, and AI tools.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires primarily in-office attendance with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week).
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
