About the role#
The Coordinator, Student Programs supports the Director and Manager of Student Programs and Legal Recruitment. This role focuses on the daily operations of the student program, including managing program data, materials, and ensuring the delivery of recruitment, development, and employment relation processes.
What you'll do#
- Execute student program operations, including tracking deliverables and identifying operational improvements.
- Manage end to end employment relation processes for students, such as onboarding, offboarding, licensing, performance management, and secondments.
- Administrate student rotation planning.
- Support student recruitment activities, including maintaining candidate information and contributing to talent objectives.
- Maintain and update templates, precedents, protocols, and checklists.
What you'll need#
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
- At least one year of related coordination experience in a professional services environment.
- Completion of the CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset.
- Client service oriented approach with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, viDesktop, UKG, and AI tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work in the office and the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
- Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 annually.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
