About the role#
As a Product Management Intern at JLG, you will work alongside product managers and engineers on a variety of projects. You will contribute to key initiatives ranging from basic tasks to complex analytical assignments. This is a full-time, paid role based in Hagerstown, Maryland.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to translate market intelligence and voice of customer data into product attributes.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for offering enhancements.
- Structure and evaluate market data, competitive comparisons, and product options to help inform project priorities.
- Ensure system updates and product configurations align with customer-facing documentation.
- Shadow product specialists and managers during meetings to learn about project coordination and data analysis.
- Consolidate competitive data and participate in the year-end Intern Expo.
- Develop and demonstrate strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical, Computer, Electrical, or Industrial).
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in extracurricular activities outside of academic requirements.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the equipment used within it.
- Interest or experience in mechanical design.

- This is an on-site position located in Hagerstown, Maryland.
- The role is full-time and follows a rolling term.
