About the role#
The Finance Intern for FP&A supports the financial planning and analysis team by completing reports and analytical projects. This role assists with operational analysis, sales and marketing analysis, and financial accounting. You will handle tasks that support the business through finance processes and help implement process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Support the process of costing trucks and preparing month-end reporting.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts.
- Help ensure the accurate reporting of new truck bookings.
- Perform monthly reporting and data gathering tasks for internal and external requirements.
- Improve processes by using technology to remove non-value added work.
- Maintain scheduling room boards and tags.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- You have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Teams.
- You can work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer and part-time throughout the school year.

- This position is located in Appleton, Wisconsin.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
