About the role#
As an Advanced Analytics Intern at Oshkosh Corporation, you will support the Digital Technology (DT) department. This role offers the chance to work alongside professionals across various areas, including systems development, business analysis, cybersecurity, and project management. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real-world technology projects throughout the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily support to your assigned DT team.
- Identify and analyze information technology practices to support business plans.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and integration of technology.
- Help implement new information technology and business processes.
- Evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure they align with business goals.
- Complete tasks according to established project plans and schedules.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
- A general understanding of information technology concepts.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous internship experience in a Global DT field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Linux, and other relevant technical tools.
