About the role#
The Finance Intern for FP&A supports the financial planning and analysis team at Oshkosh AeroTech. This position involves operational analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting. You will handle critical reporting tasks and help implement process improvements within the finance department.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts.
- Perform monthly reporting and data gathering for internal and external requirements.
- Use technology and continuous improvement tools to remove non-value added work from existing processes.
- Complete various reports and analytical projects to support the broader business.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational habits.

- This is a paid, rolling internship based in Orlando, Florida.
- The role is primarily on-site with possible remote opportunities.
- The position is full-time.
