    About the role#

    OSCO Concrete is hiring students for the 2026 summer term. You will work on-site in Lower Sackville, gaining hands-on experience in concrete manufacturing, aggregate operations, and fleet maintenance. These positions are full-time and paid.

    What you'll do#

    Depending on your field of study, you will support various teams across the company.

    • Engineering and technology students will assist with quality control, testing, data analysis, and process improvement. You will work with technical and operations teams on plant production and project coordination.
    • Heavy Duty Truck Technician students will gain experience with fleet and mobile equipment. You will assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs while learning safety protocols.
    • Business students will support daily operations. Tasks include reporting, data entry, cost tracking, financial analysis, and administrative support for human resources or operations.

    What you'll need#

    You must be currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program. We are looking for students in:

    • Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
    • Engineering technology programs
    • Heavy Duty Truck Technician programs
    • Business administration, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Operations
