About the role#
OrangeTwist is looking for a Treatment Specialist to join our team in Santa Clara. This part-time role focuses on front desk operations, administrative support, and client engagement. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. While the position includes exposure to our skincare services and procedures for professional development, the primary focus for the first twelve months is on reception and business support. This is an ideal position for someone building a career in the wellness and beauty industry.
What you'll do#
- Greet visitors, manage the check-in process, and connect clients with the right team members.
- Handle front desk tasks including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing appointments.
- Process client payments and support retail and service sales.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage retention and satisfaction.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, record maintenance, and managing office supplies.
- Promote our services, memberships, and referral programs.
- Learn our specific skincare services and treatment protocols through hands-on training.
- Assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis as business needs arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an esthetics program or a certificate of completion.
- Valid State Esthetician License.
- State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- A valid State Master Esthetician License is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Santa Clara, California.
- The position is on-site.
- This is a part-time role requiring 2 to 3 shifts per week, including a minimum of 4 weekend days per month.
