About the role#
OrangeTwist is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join the team as a part-time Treatment Specialist in Santa Clara. This role focuses on front desk operations, client relations, and administrative support. While the position provides exposure to skincare services and treatment protocols for professional development, the primary responsibility during the first 12 months is to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wellness and beauty environment while building a foundation for career growth.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, greeting visitors and managing the check-in process.
- Connect clients with the appropriate team member and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communications.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
- Process payments and support retail and service sales.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, record maintenance, and managing office supplies.
- Learn OrangeTwist treatments, skincare services, and procedures through hands-on training and observation.
- Assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis as business needs require and qualifications allow.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an esthetics program or completion of an esthetics program.
- Valid State Esthetician License.
- State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- A valid State Master Esthetician License is preferred.
- Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including a minimum of 4 weekend days per month.
