About the role#
OrangeTwist is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join the team as a Treatment Specialist. This part-time role focuses primarily on front desk operations, client relations, and administrative support for the first 12 months. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and gain exposure to esthetic treatments through training and professional development. While you may assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis depending on business needs and licensing, this position is designed to build a foundation in client care and sales.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, greeting visitors and managing the check-in process.
- Handle scheduling, client communications, and inquiries via phone and email.
- Process payments and support retail and service sales.
- Promote company services, memberships, and referral programs.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, record maintenance, and office supply management.
- Participate in training to learn treatment protocols and assist with treatments on a backup basis as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of an esthetics program.
- Valid State Esthetician License and State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- A valid State Master Esthetician License is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Location & details#
- Location: Princeton, New Jersey.
- Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week, including all weekends.
- Term: Rolling basis.
- Compensation: $27-$63 hourly, based on performance.
