About the role#
OrangeTwist is seeking a motivated student or new graduate to join our team as a Treatment Specialist. This part-time role focuses primarily on front desk operations, administrative support, and client engagement for the first 12 months. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. While the primary focus is administrative, this position offers exposure to esthetic treatments and professional development opportunities to prepare for potential future growth within the company.
What you'll do#
- Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, greeting visitors and completing the check-in process.
- Manage client communications, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Process client payments and support the sales of services and memberships.
- Perform general clerical duties, including record keeping, filing, and maintaining the reception area.
- Promote OrangeTwist services, rewards programs, and referral initiatives.
- Assist with treatments on a limited or backup basis, contingent upon business needs and completion of required training and licensing.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or completed an esthetics program.
- Valid State Esthetician License and State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- A valid State Master Esthetician License is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including all weekends.

- Compensation: $27-$63 hourly, based on performance.
