About the role#
This internship offers hospitality students hands-on training across various hotel operations. You will act as a utility player, rotating through different food and beverage outlets and banquet teams based on business needs. The program includes mentorship and training seminars to support your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Work in various entry-level service positions across the property.
- Rotate between food and beverage outlets and banquet events.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs.
- Attend internship training and enrichment seminars.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility with scheduling.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills, with previous experience in a service role preferred.
- A willingness to learn and take on different projects.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean for extended periods.
