About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program at Drury Inn & Suites in Birmingham. You will gain practical experience through a structured rotation across various hotel departments. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different hotel departments to learn daily operations.
- Attend virtual student enrichment workshops provided by the Drury learning department.
- Engage in on-the-job training to build your hospitality skills.
What you'll need#
- You are an energetic and enthusiastic student.
- You have strong customer service and critical thinking abilities.
- You communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
- You are open to receiving constructive feedback.
- You are interested in professional development.
