About the role#
The AI Enablement & Adoption Specialist serves as a people-centric guide within the AI Transformation Office. You will help employees across the organization build confidence using generative AI tools. This position involves a mix of hands-on coaching and adoption advocacy to help teams integrate technology into their daily workflows securely and effectively.
What you'll do#
- Act as the visible, go-to resource in the office for AI-related questions.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group troubleshooting, prompt refinement, and immediate assistance.
- Develop and deliver lightweight micro-training sessions.
- Host office hours and share practical how-to guides for daily tasks.
- Monitor tool usage and collect feedback from employees to identify common hurdles.
- Share internal success stories and practical use cases to encourage adoption.
- Help individuals apply AI directly to their current work, such as drafting emails or summarizing meetings.
- Educate staff on company AI governance policies, including data privacy and risk mitigation.
What you'll need#
- A background in corporate support, peer coaching, training, IT helpdesk, or technology adoption.
- Strong practical familiarity with generative AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude.
- An understanding of prompt engineering basics and the capabilities and limitations of corporate AI.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible advice.
- A practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- A high degree of emotional intelligence to assist employees with varying levels of technical comfort.

- This is a full-time, 8-month internship for the Winter 2027 term (January to August).
- The work modality is hybrid.
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
