About the role#
As a summer 2027 intern, you will join our industrial team to perform hands-on work that connects your classroom learning to real-world engineering. You will work alongside experienced staff to design instrumentation and control systems for various industries, including data centers, water and wastewater, thermal energy, oil and gas, and industrial facilities.
What you'll do#
- Design instrumentation and control systems for a wide range of applications.
- Complete hands-on work on industrial facility projects.
- Collaborate with team members on engineering tasks.
- Apply your technical skills to solve complex project challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Revit is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska or Omaha, Nebraska.
- We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
